What the form collects
We ask for your name, email address, phone number, event type, date or date status, estimated guest count, venue and any additional details you choose to provide.
Why it is used
Your information is used to consider and respond to your catering enquiry, discuss availability and arrangements, and communicate about your event. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to marketing.
How it is sent
When configured, enquiries are sent securely through Resend to the business enquiry inbox. Cloudflare Turnstile processes a security challenge to help prevent automated spam. These providers may process information outside South Africa. The website does not maintain a separate database of enquiries.
Privacy and security
Do not include identity numbers, payment details or sensitive personal or medical information. If dietary requirements need discussion, provide a general indication and discuss specifics directly with the business.
Questions, correction or deletion
For questions about information you have supplied, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact tstudio@iafrica.com, the designated enquiry destination. Retention and deletion requests are handled by the business, subject to any applicable recordkeeping obligations.
